2. Strength training is second because it helps maintain lean body mass and burns calories.
3. Cardio - needs to get done, but is not the priority.

    1 g fat = 9 calories
3. Who should count macros: endurance athletes, weekend warriors, anyone looking to gain muscle or lose body fat

5. Look at your numbers and slowly adjust your calories as needed
