For the past 15 years I have been helping people get stronger and healthier.  In the last few years, my focus and approach has changed. The TRX straps, bosu & stability balls have been replaced with a barbell, squat rack and iron. After seeing the success of my clients and how being strong was affecting their daily lives in healthy and positive ways, I was sold.  Barbell training is a simple and straightforward approach.

When I’m not in the gym, I usually can be found watching my daughters on a soccer field somewhere in Southern California.
