Erik's Weekly Fitness Tip | Easy Doesn't Work

Easy Doesn't Do It

Easy and strong, easy and fast, easy and super fit does not exist.  I wish it could be different sometimes because more people would successfully regain their health back.  Discipline, consistency, and doing the work are all the essential ingredients to being successful.

But it can’t be easy because if it’s easy you aren’t that strong, fast, or fit.

Short cuts, silly hacks, painless, and effortless will not get you healthy or strong.

Get Uncomfortable

Start being comfortable with the idea that when you are working out you will be uncomfortable, this is where you will separate yourself from the rest of the pack.

I offer one-on-one personal and online training to get you healthier & stronger 310.251.7420
